Delete Account & Data — Unshakeable AI Stylist

Unshakeable Technologies Inc. respects your right to control your personal data. Users of the Unshakeable AI Stylist app may request account and data deletion at any time.

This page explains how to request deletion and what happens when a deletion request is submitted.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data using one of the methods below:

Send an email to:

support@unshakeable.app

Subject line: Delete Account Request

Include:

• Your account email address
• Your full name (if provided in account)
• The phrase: “I request account deletion”

When your request is processed, we delete or anonymize:

• Account profile information
• Login credentials
• Personal preferences
• Style and color analysis profile data
• Uploaded images (if stored)
• App personalization records

Some limited data may be retained only if required for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Financial recordkeeping
• Dispute resolution
• Security logging

This retained data is restricted and not used for marketing.

Deletion requests are processed within:

Up to 7 business days

Most requests are completed sooner.

You will receive confirmation once deletion is completed.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your app store subscription.

You must cancel separately through:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Unshakeable AI Stylist

Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Unshakeable AI Stylist
