These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unshakeable AI Stylist mobile application and related services (the “App” or “Services”) provided by Unshakeable Technologies Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By creating an account, downloading, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep credentials secure
• Not share your account
• Notify us of unauthorized use

You are responsible for activity under 

your account.

Unshakeable AI Stylist provides AI-powered style guidance, color analysis, personalization tools, and related features.

Results are informational and stylistic in nature and are not guarantees of outcomes in professional, social, or commercial settings.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with system operation
• Reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for fraud or abuse
• Upload unlawful or harmful content
• Misuse AI features

We may suspend accounts for violations.

If you upload images or inputs:

• You retain ownership
• You grant us a limited license to process them for App functionality
• You confirm you have rights to upload them
• You will not upload illegal or infringing content

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Premium features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may be offered:

• Monthly
• Yearly
• With optional free trials

Purchases are processed through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play
• Stripe or approved processors

Store platform billing terms also apply.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through:

• Apple App Store account settings
• Google Play subscription settings

We cannot cancel store-managed subscriptions on your behalf.

Refunds are handled by the platform where the purchase was made:

• Apple → Apple refund process
• Google → Google Play refund process

We do not directly issue store purchase refunds.

The App, branding, features, AI systems, design elements, and content are owned by Unshakeable Technologies Inc.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any portion without written permission.

AI-generated style or color recommendations are advisory only.

They are not guarantees of:

• Personal outcomes
• Professional results
• Commercial success

Users apply recommendations at their own discretion.

We may:

• Modify features
• Update functionality
• Pause services
• Perform maintenance

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate Terms
• Abuse services
• Engage in fraud or misuse

You may stop using the App at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Unshakeable Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Use is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted with a revised date.

Continued use after updates means acceptance.
