This page explains how subscriptions, billing, trials, and renewals work for the Unshakeable AI Stylist app.

Our goal is full transparency so users understand how charges and renewals occur.

Unshakeable AI Stylist offers optional Premium subscriptions that unlock advanced features and enhanced AI-powered style tools.

Available plans may include:

• Monthly Premium Plan
• Yearly Premium Plan

Prices are shown clearly inside the app before purchase.

Some subscription plans may include a free trial period.

If a free trial is offered:

• You are not charged during the trial period
• You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
• If not canceled, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the listed price

Trial availability may vary by platform or promotion.

Subscriptions are processed by the platform where you purchase:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

We do not directly charge your credit card for store subscriptions.

Your platform account is billed automatically at renewal.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Renewal charges occur:

• Monthly plans — every month
• Yearly plans — every year

The renewal charge uses the price shown at purchase unless otherwise disclosed.

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Unshakeable AI Stylist → Cancel Subscription

Open Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Unshakeable AI Stylist → Cancel

Refunds for store purchases must be requested directly from the platform:

• Apple → Apple refund request system
• Google → Google Play refund system

We cannot directly issue store refunds.

If you believe there is a billing error or access issue, contact:

Include:

• Account email
• Platform (Apple or Google)
• Description of the issue

If your Premium features are not unlocking after purchase, contact support and include:

• Screenshot of purchase receipt
• Account email
• Device type

We will investigate promptly.
